Through 39 in-depth interviews, researchers analyzed the challenges, impacts, and recommendations related to AI adoption in libraries.
The University of Parma has signed a transformative contract with publisher Bentham Science for the year 2025.
The contract guarantees access to journals available on the publisher's site and provides, for corresponding authors formally affiliated with the University, the possibility of publishing at no additional cost in the hybrid and gold OA journals.

Do you need a book to study, prepare your thesis or for reading pleasure?
Having it on loan from the University libraries is very simple!
Here's how it's done:
1) go directly to the library and ask the staff. To get a loan you must be registered in one of the libraries in Parma or the province. If you are not already registered you can request registration when you go to the library.
3) if you want to be sure to find it, book it from the online catalogue (by entering your personal space with your University credentials) or from the BiblioParma app and stop by the library to pick it up
