Complete List of Databases

The University Library System subscribes to and provides access to databases, disciplinary portals, platforms for electronic journals and e-books, and encyclopedias. It also selects numerous freely available online bibliographic resources of scientific relevance.

For each database, a brief description of its content and access type is provided.

How to access

You can browse databases and access the full-text of online journals and e-books:

  • From workstations within the University, or by connecting your device to the university network via the WiFi service
  • From outside the University network, using the VPN service, which allows authorized users to be recognized as members of the university community regardless of their location
  • for some resources, access is also possible through IDEM federated authentication, a service reserved for academic users and research institutions. This mode is available only to institutional users (students, teaching and technical-administrative staff) and requires the use of their own institutional credentials.

Use of databases is permitted exclusively for individual study, educational purposes, or research, and not for commercial or profit-making purposes.
