AIDA : Computerized Analysis of Italian Companies
Database containing detailed master, financial, and product information on Italian companies, excluding banks, insurance companies, and public entities. Allows access to optical financial statements with notes filed with the Chambers of Commerce. Allows processing of company data, extraction of graphs and tables, and construction of company sets for comparisons with a 10-year history. In addition, it is possible to access the form containing financial statements of bankrupt companies.

AIDA PA
Database containing economic and financial information on municipalities, provincial governments, mountain communities and unions of municipalities. International platform for browsing the bibliographic and factual databases of the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS). Electronic version of the historic paper Chemical Abstracts directory with data present from the early 1800s to the present.

Large collection of current in-text legislation on food and beverages. The publisher, starting from the core of patristic and medieval texts in the Cetedoc Library of Christian Latin Texts (CLCLT), has extended the content of the database to the entire Latin literature, from its origins to the texts of the Second Vatican Council. Medieval Latin
Medieval Latin is an annotated bibliography relating mainly to texts written in Latin between the year 475 and the early 16th century; although with this specificity it includes numerous sections devoted to more generally historical and cultural topics. The publication has been published annually with regular periodicity since 1980, for a present total of thirty-one volumes. The bibliography is the result of the systematic, complete and direct perusal of books, journals and considers both monographs and individual articles that have appeared in journals and miscellaneous works; the distinguishing feature of the bibliographical information offered by "Latin Middle Ages" is the presence for the vast majority of entries of an orienting summary of the contents of the various titles reported. There are four indexes: of manuscripts, lexical, geographical and scholarly.

MIRABILE is the main knowledge management system for the study and research on medieval culture promoted by the International Society for the Study of the Latin Middle Ages and the Ezio Franceschini Foundation of Florence.

Database that provides access to statistical data from a variety of sources (including national and international data) and produces predictive analyses and projections in the areas of consumer behavior and the digital marketplace, analysis of manufacturing sectors, and surveys of companies and specific brands; also available are reports covering social and political issues as well as country reports. The geographical scope covers major countries in the world. In addition to data in xls format it is possible to download, forecasts, dossiers, reports and infographics.

Thesaurus Linguae Grecae (TLG)
Full-text database collecting Greek literature from Homer (8th century B.C.) to the fall of Byzantium (1453 A.D.): the database, which is still growing, contains the works of more than 3,000 authors from Homer to 600 A.D, as well as historiographical and lexicographical texts and scolii from 600 AD to 1453, totaling more than 11,000 titles and 76 million words. The goal of the project is to digitize all Greek literature up to the present day. Searchable in English.

Thesaurus Linguae Latinae
The online version of the Thesaurus Linguae Latinae provides access to all the contents of the Lexicon published up to 2008 (these are the letters A-M, O, P-pomifer, porta-pulso), the articles published in the Onomasticon (letters C and D), the Index librorum and the Praemonenda de rationibus et usu operis, a multilingual introduction to the printed version of the Thesaurus. TTL online is thus configured identical to the print version of the Thesaurus.
Each year, the contents of newly published fascicles will be added to TLL Online.

Trismegistos: Leuven Database of Ancient Books
Platform dedicated to the study of texts from the ancient world, with a special focus on the area of Egypt and Upper Nile, covering a chronological span of sources from 800 BC to 800 AD.
In addition to collecting and making accessible data and information on published papyrological documents from Greco-Roman Egypt and epigraphic material, the platform connects users with institutions engaged in the preservation of the materials described, directing them to the institutions' websites, where more information, often including photographs, transliterations and translations of the texts, can be found.

Tropag & Rural : abstracts on tropical agriculture and abstracts on rural development in the tropics
Semiannually updated bibliographic database relating to tropical agriculture in the developing rural areas of Africa, Asia, the Pacific and the Americas. Contains over 179,000 records from 1975 to the present, drawn from over 5,000 journals and gray literature sources. Covers numerous topics including animal husbandry, aquaculture, international cooperation, health development, and education.

U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP)
It is the pharmacopeia for the United States, dedicated to the development of standards in the fields of galenic preparation, biologics, pharmaceutical manufacturing and other areas.
To gain access, all those with an email address with domain <@unipr.it> or <@students.unipr.it>must create an account.
The user agrees to use the resource for academic and non-commercial purposes.

UpToDate
Up-to-date platform of evidence-based clinical information (EBM) useful as clinical decision support.

The 1st access requires free registration and, thereafter, can be accessed from APP and/or remotely without VPN. To register:

  1. connect to UpToDate from the university network by typing https://www.uptodate.com/login;
  2. click on the "Register" link in the upper right corner and fill out the form to create your account, then click on "Submit";
  3. for subsequent logins, use the "Sign In" link to login;
  4. to maintain access to UpToDate you must confirm your affiliation with the University of Parma every 90 days. To do so, simply log in to UpToDate from the university network.

Urbadoc
It consists of 5 bibliographic databases, produced by the member countries of the Urbandata Association (Spain, Germany, UK, France and Italy) for the purpose of promoting the dissemination and exchange of information on urban planning and related disciplines. 
The database contains about 700,000 references to research publications on urban planning, habitat, urban and regional policies, and land management. The temporal coverage ranges from the early 20th century to the present, although the prevalence of information is from 1980 onward. The spatial coverage is mainly related to publications from Urbandata member countries.

Factual database of financial field among the most important internationally. Main series cover: stocks and bonds, stock market indices, interest and exchange rates, futures, options and warrants, M&A and private equity transactions, and commodities markets. It also contains macroeconomic data from national statistical institutes and international bodies. Data are loadable in time series on spreadsheet. It also provides real-time data.
