Access, consultation and loan

You can access the University Libraries to read and consult the print and electronic materials.

The loan service is reserved for registered users of the University of Parma and residents in the City of Parma or in the provincial territory.

You can request the volumes you wish to consult or borrow through the Catalog or BiblioParmaApp.

Loans can be renewed by accessing your personal area of the Catalog or from the BiblioParmaApp. Alternatively, you can renew the loan by replying the expiration notification sent to your email address. You can also email directly your Library. You cannot renew a loan if the document has been reserved by other users.

Once reserved, you have 2 days to pick them up or to go to the library for consultation.

It is important to return the book in time: each day of delay is 1 day of suspension from the service.
