If you need general information about our services, e.g., opening hours, lending and reference as well as search and reservation of books from the Catalog, you can submit your questions via this web form.

We will respond within 3 working days to your email address.

Research assistance (reference)

The service provides personalized and specific assistance on bibliographic research strategies and methods, the use of databases, academic search engines, and electronic resources as well as the main citation styles. The service can be delivered both in-person and remotely. Please email to bup@unipr.it.

The research assistance (reference) service can help you to learn about the bibliographic resources available, so that you can use them on your own. It also offers you support in setting up proper search strategies.
