Please note that maintenance work on the university library management system is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16. 

During these activities, the SebinaYOU online catalog and its related services—including booking and consultation features—will be temporarily unavailable. 

Consequently, limitations may occur in the provision of loan services and access to bibliographic materials. Service restoration is expected by the end of the day on September 16; if necessary, activities may extend into the following day.

Please be advised that the Medicine and Surgery Library will be closed from August 8 to August 30, inclusive.

During this period, some of the library's furnishings will be replaced.

The reading room on the first floor will reopen on Monday, August 31, with regular operating hours.

The ground-floor reading room and the loan service will reopen on Wednesday, September 2.

Loans due during the closure period are automatically extended until September 1.

Interlibrary loan and document delivery services will be suspended from August 1 to September 1, inclusive.

Please note that the Medicine and Surgery Library will be closed from August 8th to 30th inclusive.
During the week of August 24th to 28th, the Library will be closed to allow for furniture replacement.
Loans due during the closure period will be automatically extended until August 31st.
Interlibrary loan and document delivery services will be suspended from August 1st to 31th inclusive.
The Library will reopen with its usual hours starting Monday, August 31st.

Please be advised that on June 1 and 2, 2026, the library will be closed.

From Monday, April 20, the Medicine and Surgery library is extending its evening opening hours.

From Monday to Friday, study rooms will be accessible until midnight.

Notice is hereby given that, on the occasion of the upcoming Easter holidays, the Medicine and Surgery library will be closed from Thursday, April 2 2026 to Tuesday, April 7 inclusive and will reopen with regular hours from Wednesday, April 8.

During the closure period, all services are suspended.

Interlibrary loan (ILL) and document delivery (DD) services will be suspended from Wednesday April 1 to Tuesday April 7 inclusive. The two services will be back in operation from Wednesday, April 8.
