Do you need a book? Here's how to get it!

Do you need a book to study, prepare your thesis or for reading pleasure?

Having it on loan from the University libraries is very simple!
Here's how it's done:

1) go directly to the library and ask the staff. To get a loan you must be registered in one of the libraries in Parma or the province. If you are not already registered you can request registration when you go to the library. 

2) look for it in the online catalogue or with the BiblioParma app, note the location. go to the library and ask the staff

3) if you want to be sure to find it, book it from the online catalogue (by entering your personal space with your University credentials) or from the BiblioParma app and stop by the library to pick it up

Access to Access Medicine from locations outside the University network

Below you can find instructions for accessing Access Medicine from locations outside the University network (home computers, doctor's office, hospital network, etc.).

On the McGraw-Hill Medical platform you can create a "Free My Access Profile" useful for accessing resources from any computer even outside the University network.

The procedure is as follows:

1. to create the account you must, only the first time, log in from a Pc on the University network or even connect from home via the VPN

2. click Sign in or Create a My Access Profile (see below)

3. click on Create a Free MyAccessProfile (see. below)

4. fill out the form by entering the required data and choosing a username and password

These will be the credentials to access, from now on, the McGrawHill resources from any location even outside the University network.

These credentials will be valid 90 days, at the end of which it will be necessary to "revalidate" them by accessing from the UNIPR network.
