Research fellows, scholarship holders, UniPR PhD students, visiting professors and subject experts or other collaborators can apply for library services by completing and submitting the inscription form available at this page.
External users
Users outside the University of Parma may access the library's reading rooms freely and may request consultation of materials only upon inscription to the library by filling out this form.
Reservation of bibliographic materials for consultation
It is preferable to reserve books and journals in advance through the OPAC (Online Catalog of the Parmese Library System).
Reserved materials will be available according to the time of the request:
- books and journals requested by h 12.00vwill be available from h 14.30.
- books and journals requested after h 12.00 will be available from h 9.30 of the first working day following the request.
The consultation period is 7 days.
