Loans due during the closure period will be automatically extended until August 24th.

Interlibrary loan and document delivery services will be suspended from August 1st to 28th inclusive.

The library will reopen with its usual hours starting Monday, August 24th.

Notice is hereby given that, on the occasion of the upcoming Easter holiday, the Law Library will be closed from Thursday, April 2 2026 to Tuesday, April 7 inclusive and will reopen with regular hours from Wednesday, April 8.

During the closure period, all services are suspended.

Interlibrary loan (ILL) and document delivery (DD) services will be suspended from Monday March 30 to Tuesday April 7 inclusive. The two services will be back in operation from Wednesday, April 8.

Please note that the reading room of the former law institute on the second floor of the Central Building will be closed on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026 on the occasion of a conference.

In connection with the national general strike proclaimed for Monday, September 22, 2025, the University's library services may also be subject to changes, reductions or interruptions.

• Partial or total closures of some locations;
• Reduced hours of opening to the public;
• Suspension of lending, return, reference or assistance services.

Because adherence to the strike by staff is optional and is not communicated in advance, the normal conduct of library activities cannot be guaranteed.

Students in the first and second year of the single-cycle master's degree program in Law who wish to attend lectures provided remotely from the Central Building may use a station in the second reading room of the Law Library.

Please note that:

- lectures must be attended only through personal and self-sufficient devices, as the Library has a limited number of electrical outlets;

- listening to lectures is allowed only through headphones or earphones;

- access to the second room remains in any case open to users who need:

1. pick books or journals from the shelves;
2. use the multifunction printer located in the storage room.

We trust in everyone's cooperation to ensure orderly and respectful use of the common areas.
