CARE CRUI communicates that, in this transitional phase, pending the definitive signing of the agreement and the completion of the automation procedures by the IOP publisher, some authors may continue to receive automatic communications or payment requests relating to APC for articles published on ECS titles, already included by the publisher in the agreement from 2025, and on the new journals included in the 2026-2028 agreement. Such payment requests received for Open Access publications on ECS titles or on the new journals included in the new agreement must be ignored and, at the same time, promptly reported to the following address bibliot@unipr.it.
