The University of Parma has joined the transformative agreement signed by CRUI with publisher IEEE.
The agreement guarantees access to journals available on the IEL (IEEE Electronic Library).
The agreement also provides for corresponding authors formally affiliated with the University to publish in open access and at no additional cost in hybrid journals starting from November 2025.
